How do I start playing?
Create a free account, download the latest client, extract it and complete launcher updates.
Where can I follow announcements?
Follow the News page and the official Discord server for maintenance, event and update information.
Account & Login
I cannot log in. What should I check first?
Use the username created during registration, not a character name. Check capitalization and try again.
Should I share my account information?
No. Never share your username or password. Official support staff will not request your password.
Installation & Update
The launcher cannot connect. What should I do?
Check your connection, restart the launcher and review firewall or antivirus history. Ask for help on Discord if the problem continues.
Is Visual C++ required?
Yes. The redistributable package listed on the download page supplies runtime libraries required by the client.
How much free disk space should I keep?
Keep at least 5 GB free for the client, archive extraction and later updates.

How do I find where an item drops?
Use the Drop Guide to search by item, monster or map and view the related drop sources.
Where can I see PvP and guild rankings?
Open Ranking from the top menu and choose PvP Ranking or Guild Ranking.
Can drop and event information change?
Yes. Balance, drops and events may change with updates. Check the guide and current news.
